From an extremely fast and flexible mixing console to whatever plugin or outboard effects processing you desire, Wire Road has your back! With monitors from ATC, Focal, DynAudio and Tannoy, you are assured that your mixes will cross-reference to everything from your car stereo to streaming mp3’s on the internet. Your mix requirements and budget will determine whether Studio A, Studio B or Studio D is the right mix room for you. All include quality names in their gear with extensive plug-in libraries and allow our engineers to achieve the best results for your project.
World-Class Mastering: Mastering is both science and art. The SCIENCE begins with the right equipment to allow a variety of analog & digital “chains” to be implemented to bring out the best in your final mixes. The world class gear that defines Wire Road Studios mastering services includes a Crookwood Mastering Console and PMC IB2S Mid-field monitors powered by Bryston 7B SST monoblock amplifiers. Compressor/Limiter/Equalizers feature names like Maselec, Weiss, Manley, Pendulum, Shadow Hills and API with conversion systems from Mytec & Crane Song. The ART requires an experienced mastering engineer to contribute a final “perspective” to your project. That contribution requires creative insight to the particular “aesthetic” the client wants to achieve, sensitivity to a full-range of musical genres and knowledge of “industry standards” for commercial music releases. Digital Audio Editing: Often the editing process is a logical step between tracking and mixing. If your pre-recorded tracks need tightening or enhancement, we can handle note-by-note edits, compiling, and auto-tuning of vocal and instrumental performances.
Digital Audio Cleanup: Should buzzes, clicks, pops, hums or simply poor recording be a problem, we have the latest in digital audio enhancement equipment to salvage the your audio files.
Real and Virtual Instrumentation: Got a simple string part in your head? Need a Moog or other vintage synthesizer? We have a wide array of virtual instrumentation as well as vintage and current musical keyboards and products.
CD Duplication: As a courtesy to our clients, we provide CD or DVD duplication and label-printing for small runs with advance notice. For larger orders, we will gladly furnish a master disk that can be taken to a duplication house specializing in mass reproduction.
